How VALENZA QC worksAbout the sample in these photographs
Our first sample arrived with pinholes, sanding marks and softened edges. We refinished it for evaluation. These photographs show that actual sample with a studio background. Vehicle fitment validation is still in progress.
Customer parts with serious defects are held back while we pursue a replacement or refund with the supplier. If your order is affected, we contact you with the available options and any change to the expected lead time.
