How it works

What happens after you send a link.

Five steps, from the first message to dispatch.

01

You send the car and part

We need the model, year, body style, LHD or RHD configuration and the exact part or listing.

02

We check what can be confirmed

We review the listing, supplier information, version differences and the inspection scope.

03

You approve the quote

You receive the total price and expected lead time. Nothing is ordered before you approve it.

04

The part comes to VALENZA

We inspect the actual piece under hard light, including the clear coat, edges and mounting points.

05

It passes or it does not ship

Minor correctable finish issues can be refined in-house. Serious defects are documented and pursued with the supplier for replacement or refund.

Fitment in context

A good carbon part should not look added later.

The weave gets attention first. Edges, gaps and mounting geometry decide whether the finished interior feels right.

Our F30 dashboard sample has been physically inspected. Vehicle fitment validation is still in progress.
